1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions below.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email at support@buneria.eu and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. You may inspect and handle the item as you would in a physical shop, but we may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Please include, where possible:

  • the original packaging;
  • any tags, accessories, manuals, or free gifts included with the order; and
  • proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The right to return may not apply, or may be limited, for:

  • custom-made or personalised items;
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery;
  • perishable goods; and
  • any other items excluded from return under applicable law.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@buneria.eu with:

  • your order number;
  • the item(s) you wish to return; and
  • the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@buneria.eu and include your order number and clear photos where possible.

Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

7. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

For valid consumer cancellations within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received for the returned item(s), including standard outbound delivery charges, if applicable. However, we do not refund any extra amount paid for premium or express delivery chosen by the customer.

8. Refund Timing

Refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item or proof that the item was sent back, whichever is earlier.

Once the refund has been issued, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

9. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you would like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, the return procedure above will apply.
