We currently ship within Hungary.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated standard delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping across the entire Hungary.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. Please allow a short time for the tracking status to update.

6. Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped within Hungary using reliable courier partners such as Magyar Posta, MPL, GLS Hungary, DPD Hungary, DHL Hungary, or UPS Hungary, depending on the destination address, parcel size, and carrier availability.

The shipping carrier name and tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email after dispatch.

7. Delays

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, or peak periods.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to assist you.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Buneria is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, was refused, or was not collected, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
