Use the guide below to choose the right size for your Valostyle pieces. T-Shirt and Logo T-Shirt styles share the same base fit chart. Headwear measurements are shown separately for sun hats and casual caps.
Fit notes
For the most accurate fit, compare the measurements below with a similar item you already own. Lay your garment flat and measure carefully. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
Good to know
- All measurements may vary by 1–2 cm due to manual measuring.
- T-Shirt and Logo T-Shirt styles use the same size chart.
- Most casual caps feature adjustable back closure.
T-Shirt / Logo T-Shirt
Garment measurements are taken flat. Chest width is measured across the front, under the arms.

Chest
Measure straight across the chest, 2–3 cm below the armhole, with the garment laid flat.
Length
Measure from the highest shoulder point down to the bottom hem.
Shoulder & Sleeve
Measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam, then measure from shoulder seam to sleeve opening.
Sun Protection Hats
Choose your size by head circumference. Measure around the fullest part of your head, just above the ears.

Head Circumference
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head above the ears and across the forehead.
Brim Width
Measured from the outer edge of the crown to the outer edge of the brim.
Helpful tip
If you prefer a more relaxed fit or wear your hair tied up, choose the larger size.
Casual Caps
Most Valostyle caps are adjustable. Use head circumference as your guide for the most comfortable fit.

Adjustable closure
Back strap or snapback styles allow small fit adjustments for daily comfort.
Structured crown
Structured caps keep a firmer front shape and may feel slightly more secure on the head.
Best fit advice
If your head measurement is at the upper end of the range, loosen the closure slightly for comfort.
